I wish to make a complaint, what are the next steps?

We value your business and want you to be happy and satisfied with the service you receive. However, if you have any cause for complaint, please contact us as soon as possible and a member of the Complaints team will be in touch within 5 working days.

Let us assure you that any complaints are taken very seriously, and will be escalated internally if required.
We always try our best to resolve complaints internally, but there may be instances when we can’t reach a solution. After following all of the steps in the official complaints procedure, you have the right to contact the Financial Ombudsman Service if you are an eligible complainant.
