What do I do if I get a phishing email from someone pretending to be Funding Circle?

Emails from Funding Circle will always have “” as the domain name. If this is different in any way, for example with certain letters being capitalised, this could be a sign of a fraudster.

If you suspect that you have been a victim of phishing, please contact our Customer Service team immediately on or on 0203 467 5669 . We take phishing very seriously, and we will work with third-party organisations to take down any fraudulent websites.

Alternatively, you may wish to report your incident immediately to Action Fraud on their website ( or by phone on 0300 123 2040.
It’s important to remember that phishing can occur in many forms - emails, letters, text messages or even phone calls.
