Specific information will be provided to investors so you can make your lending decision. For development loans this will include a loan to value (LTV) ratio, the gross development value (GDV), total development costs and developer equity. For property investment loans, it will include LTV, the market value of the property, rental yield and gross rental income. You will also be able to download a variety of documents on the property - including a Funding Circle investor report, created by our property specialist and underwriting team. If applicable, we will also upload a building survey, architects drawings, lease documents and marketing materials. These will be found in the financials tab on the individual loan request.
