If the app is not working properly or you notice a bug, then let us know by emailing email@example.com and we’ll get it looked at as soon as we can.
It would be helpful if you could include the following when you report a bug so we’re able to replicate it:
- iOS version (Settings > General > About > Version)
- Device (iPhone 6, iPhone 5, iPhone 4, iPad, iPad Mini, iPod, etc.)
- App version (it can be found in the bottom of the About Us view).
And the following actions:
- When I do [X]
- I should be able to do/see [Y]
- I get/see [Z]
- Date and time
