Who do I speak to if I find a bug on the app?

If the app is not working properly or you notice a bug, then let us know by emailing and we’ll get it looked at as soon as we can.


It would be helpful if you could include the following when you report a bug so we’re able to replicate it:

- iOS version (Settings > General > About > Version)

- Device (iPhone 6, iPhone 5, iPhone 4, iPad, iPad Mini, iPod, etc.)

- App version (it can be found in the bottom of the About Us view).


And the following actions:

  • When I do [X]
  • I should be able to do/see [Y]
  • I get/see [Z]
  • Username/email
  • Date and time
