Is the transaction fee deducted from my available credit limit?

Yes. Each FlexiPay payment is subject to a 4.5% fee, which is added to the total balance repaid through monthly instalments.

Each time a customer uses their FlexiPay Account, their credit limit will reduce to reflect the new payment, including the 4.5% fee. For example, if they pay an invoice of £10,000, they will use up £10,450 of their credit limit.
