Why hasn't my card's balance been converted to FlexiPay?

This could be for a number of reasons: 

  • If you’ve spent less than £100 your balance will roll over to the next month until it totals £100 or more. 
  • Purchases made on the last day of the month may be posted in the following month’s statement. 
  • If your monthly card balance is more than your available FlexiPay credit, it will not be converted into a FlexiPay payment until there is enough credit available. Please note if there is not enough credit available we will put a temporary freeze on your card.
