If your card has been lost or stolen you, can cancel and reorder a new card within the borrower portal. Please log in, select the FlexiPay Card tab and then 'Report lost or stolen card'. Your current card will be cancelled immediately and you can then reorder a new card. Your PIN will also change.
If your card has been stolen, you can also call our Operations team on 0800 048 2467 for assistance in cancelling and arranging a replacement card. Our operating hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm and Friday 9am to 4:30pm.

If your card is damaged, but can still be used, you can request a replacement card in the borrower portal whilst your current card is still active. The existing card will remain active until the new card has been activated at which point the old card will no longer be able to be used. Please log in, select the FlexiPay Card tab and then 'Report lost or stolen card'. As with lost or stolen, your PIN will change.
Replacement cards should be with you within 10 working days.
